We always attract into our lives whatever we think about most, believe most strongly, expect on the deepest level.

Using positive affirmations in my life is one of my favourite healing tools and has helped me to change the way I see myself and the world around me. I want to share this simple tool with you today so that you can create a more positive, healing, prosperous and loving future.


What is an affirmation?

An affirmation is a short powerful statement. When you speak them, see them or hear them, they become the thoughts that create your reality.

How can we use affirmations?

Thoughts become emotions and emotions lead to habits and actions. We can change our thoughts by using positive affirmations in our daily lives. Having higher quality thoughts can dramatically improve our lives and make us happier and healthier.

How to practice:

  • Afiirmations are best practiced daily as often as possible.
  • Simply choose the affirmations that personal for you or that you can make your own ones that are appropriate for you and your life.
  • Repeat each affirmation either aloud or in your head, while looking in the mirror.
  • You can also write them down or stick them somewhere that you will see them to remind you and create a visual.
  • Repeat them as often as you like throughout the day, the more the better!
  • You can also make a recording of you saying the affirmations so that you can listen to them throughout the day.
  • Watch as the positive vibes unfold!
