Raising your vibrations!

The whole universe is made of vibrating energy and we are all just big balls of condensed vibrating energy. Making a conscious continuous effort to raise your vibrations helps you to connect with the divine power with you. In that space not only to you become a happy and joyous being, your inner an outer worlds align and your dream life becomes effortlessly becomes your reality.

Here are some simple and practical ways you can raise your energy vibrations and create a positive environment for your spiritual growth….

Become conscious of our thoughts.

Every single thought that comes into your head has an impact on you. When you change those thoughts and think positive, happy, sparkly thoughts, they become things too. This won’t happen overnight and I know its easier said than done when we are used to thinking a certain way. But the more we practice positive thinking the easier and more natural it becomes.

Silence your mind

Meditation helps you connect with your inner self and when practiced regularly it can have a profound effect on your energy levels. Even if its just for 5-10 minutes a day, just sit quietly and observe your thoughts, without getting attached to them. Then try to see the space between each thought, with practice that space between the thoughts gets bigger and bigger and a whole new world of intuition and awareness opens up.

Engage in regular Physical Activity

Whether it’s yoga, walking, dancing or sport, do something that keeps you physically active, this allows the energy to flow freely through your entire body helping to prevent energy blocks. And remember to have fun while your doing further increasing vitality!

Pay attention to what, how and when eat….

Some foods vibrate low and some vibrate high. Foods that vibrate high are raw, whole foods, legumes and fresh fruit and veggies.  Try to eat in a peaceful environment and take time to prepare your food in a positive way. Pay attention to what you eat and how that food makes you feel. Does it make you feel tired, sluggish, irritable or does it make you feel nourished, light and energetic?

Spend time in Nature

Nature has a natural high vibration frequency and a tremendous healing power, just by simply spending some time in nature we absorb these vibrations and reconnect with our spirit!

Reduce your alcohol consumption or give up completely!

Alcohol and artificial drugs vibrate on a low frequency. I know that its not easy to give up alcohol when it has become the norm in our society consume alcohol in excessive amounts. And I can say from my own experience that consuming alcohol in this way is soul destroying. But there are plenty of fun activities which do not involve alcohol and nurture your soul and leave you feeling fulfilled and energized!

Surround yourself with positive people

Choose to hang out with people who have a positive effect on you.
You become like the people you spend the most time with so choose them well! Do they make you feel good? Are they empowering? Do they have the same morals as you. Notice how you feel around people and choose your company wisely.

Practice Compassion and Forgiveness

Forgiving and having compassion for someone who hurt you may be the hardest thing for you to do on this list, but it’s one of the most important. Thoughts of revenge are low vibrational while thoughts of forgiveness are high. Just by thinking thoughts of forgiveness about someone in your past without taking any action will raise your vibration.
